We are currently searching for a Sales Manager to maintain a current base of clients, build and development potential clientele for the private, commercial and military markets of the aerospace industry.
The key areas of experience desired at the following:
* Implementing a plan of action for specific major accounts * Establish, build and maintain strong client relations with major accounts * Cultivating relationships * Identifying opportunities for product introduction * Preparing product marketing plans and discontinuation plans * Contributing to creativity of product presentation and promotional activities * Proposing, implementing and monitoring product marketing plans * Enhancing responsiveness to customer needs, reducing lead times * Improving margins to meet or exceed sales targets * Monitoring competitor activity in each account * Controlling expenditures within budget for new product development and promotions * Monitoring performance of managed products to ensure it meets company objectives

| Job Requirements |
* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four year college or university * 7 - 10 years related Outside Sales / Business Development experience and/or training * Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered * Will consider 5+ years of experience * Strong Outside Sales/Relationship Building exp. * Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data * Experience with direct customer interactions is required * Proven track record in developing and managing clients * A pro-active sales approach to sales and business development * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle simultaneous projects * Creative thinking and problem solving skills * Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, in-person and via phone) * Experience in the NPD process/Marketing is a plus. * Heavy emphasis on Planning & Execution * US / Canada Travel - 50% * International Travel desired * Results oriented is key *(Proven Track record of providing results - (please describe accomplishments)
