Job Description
Summary of Accountabilities:
Manages day-to day client interaction, coordinates, plans and schedules multiple heavy maintenance inspections for turbine-powered aircraft, including Cessna propjet and Citation type models.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as liaison between the Director of Maintenance and all necessary personnel to communicate and coordinate multiple maintenance inspections.

2. Develop and maintain constant communication with client in order to set and manage client expectations and increase satisfaction.

3. Responsible for keeping projects on track for the purposes of accounting, including tracking hours, determining revenue recognition and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

4. Responsible for all communication with team and clients, by meeting regularly, resolving issues, and communicating information tactfully.

5. Provides leadership and serves as a role model by helping to manage the development of the team and helps to mitigate team conflict and communication problems.

6. Gather technical explanations from appropriate personnel in order to communicate to customer, as well as staying abreast of industry changes and Yingling�s capabilities.

7. Coordinate customer requests between maintenance, avionics and interiors and keep the customer informed on all issues.

8. Handle all written communications needed to effectively communicate with customers.

9. Coordinate completion dates between various steps of any major installation on modifications.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Supervisory Accountabilities:

May have some supervisory accountabilities.

Education and Experience:

Technical training in aviation field. Some college preferred. Education to meet licenses required (see below), experience in aviation customer service preferred.

Communication Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clear, concise correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group, and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Good grammar and spelling skills.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent for calculations of profit/loss. Ability to understand departmental financial statements.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Budget Responsibility:

Ability to maintain a specified budget for assigned department.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A & P License, Inspection Authorization License

Computer Skills:

Prefer ability to work in MS word, excel and MS Project.


Job Classification: Exempt, Full-time
Normal working hours: 8am � 5 pm
